An abuse report is used when reporting a user for breaking one of the Rules of Conduct. This is accomplished by entering the offender's username and then selecting an option from one of the three categories that best suits the offence. It should be noted that misusing abuse reports is an offence, and those who repeatedly misuse the abuse report form are subject to punishment by Jagex.
