The Amulet of Power scam is a scam when a seller of an Amulet of Power trades a buyer. The buyer approaches the seller, wishing to trade him/her. The seller makes sure he has a Gold amulet (strung) and trades. The seller puts in the Amulet of Power and takes it away, only to replace it with a strung Gold amulet. The buyer is scammed and reports the seller via Rule 2.
