On May 15th, 2007 a notice was released in an update along with the release of the Dream Mentor quest saying (quote):
Mod Ash accidentally deleted some of the level-up messages for Construction a few months ago. We've now finally noticed, so these have been put back. He says he's sorry.
That line started off several rude and inappropriate forums. On the recent changes page dozens of forums were locked for going off topic. Several of these were also found on rants.
