Paying for Information is a scam where a player tells another player to pay him gp to know something.
Example[]
Player 1: How are you an egg?
Player 2: You must pay 10k to know.
Player 1: Okay
Player 1 pays 10k
Player 2: THANKS!
Player 2 logs out. Player 1 reports Player 2 for Item Scamming.
How to Avoid this Scam[]
If someone says you must pay him gp to know, don't fall for it. It's a scam. Report that person either to a nearby Player Moderator or use the Report Abuse button at the bottom of the screen.
